My friend Ferrabrás

I met Ferrabrás on a sunny day. He was nestled among the others. His dark skin didn’t clash with the other skins and only the whiteness of a few pebbles shone through. He didn’t call out to me when we met, but he didn’t object to me meeting him.

My friend Ferrabrás talks about unusual friendships. A frog and a child meet each other, not knowing that they were waiting for each other until then. Their voices mix from then on. There is a secret in the middle, uniting them, and until they unravel it, they will tell the world around them. They learn to speak with the voice of things and to listen to the smallest silence, like that of friends to arrive, who wait in silence their entire lives before meeting each other.
